The Lyst Affiliate Program allows partners to earn commissions by referring new users to Lyst. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

To participate in the Lyst Affiliate Program, you must: - Be at least 18 years old - Have a valid website, blog, or social media presence - Agree to these terms and conditions - Not engage in any fraudulent or misleading practices

Affiliates earn commissions based on successful referrals. A successful referral is counted when a new user creates an account through your unique referral link. Commission rates and payment terms are provided upon acceptance into the program.

Payments are processed once you reach the minimum payout threshold. Payments are made via the methods specified in your affiliate dashboard. Lyst reserves the right to withhold payment if fraudulent activity is suspected.

When promoting Lyst, you must: - Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship - Not make false or misleading claims about Lyst - Not use spam or unsolicited communications - Not bid on Lyst brand terms in paid advertising - Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Lyst grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our brand assets for promotional purposes. You may not modify our logos or create derivative works without written permission.

Either party may terminate this partnership at any time with written notice. Lyst may immediately terminate your participation for: - Violation of these terms - Fraudulent activity - Actions that harm Lyst's reputation - Inactivity for extended periods

Lyst may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Lyst is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program. Our total liability is limited to the commissions earned in the 12 months preceding any claim.

You agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared as part of the affiliate program, including commission rates, performance metrics, and business strategies.
