Acceptance of terms

By installing or using Lyst, you agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and the business you represent. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the app. Lyst is operated by happyapps.cz, Prague, Czech Republic.

The service

Lyst provides wishlist functionality for Shopify stores, including saved-product lists, price-drop and back-in-stock alerts, shareable wishlists, and merchant analytics. We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we provide it on an "as available" basis and may modify or improve features over time.

Accounts & eligibility

You must have an active Shopify store and the authority to install apps on it. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your store's installation of Lyst and for complying with Shopify's own terms.

Plans & billing

Lyst offers a Free plan and paid plans (Basic and Unlimited). Paid subscriptions are billed through Shopify's billing system on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled.

• Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice.
• Prices are stated on our pricing page and may change with notice.
• Because billing is handled by Shopify, cancellations and refunds follow Shopify's processes.

Free trial

Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your plan converts to a paid subscription. You can cancel at any time from your Shopify admin, and you will not be charged for a paid plan you cancel during the trial.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you will not:

• Use Lyst to send unsolicited messages or to violate anti-spam laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others.

Intellectual property

Lyst, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by happyapps.cz and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app while your subscription is active. You retain all rights to your own store content and data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyst is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Lyst at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. On termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app and the law evolve. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, communicated in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
